IP6 has significantly reduced the inflammation-related chest pain I occasionally experience. I take it twice daily on an empty stomach with no gastrointestinal issues. My phosphorus levels are low, and I hope they improve at my next doctor's visit thanks to these capsules. It’s a fair price for a quality product.
